365 Days of Kindness

365 days of kindness

With a new decade upon us, I’ve decided to enter it with 100% gratitude. In this hyper-paced world we live in, it’s important to stay humble, grounded, and most importantly: kind. To embark on this in a more tangible and digestible way, I’ve decided to document this endeavor in a short series of videos. One for each day of 2020. 365 days of Kindness. You can watch these videos (and participate) across all my social platforms – although TikTok will be the originating platform.

How you can participate in 365 Days of Kindness

  1. Setup a TikTok profile (if you don’t already have one).
  2. Follow Millennial Mind Sync
  3. Record you own Kindness video using one of my original sounds you heard below. You can do this by tapping on the Millennial Mind Sync logo on the video screen. Then tapping “Use this sound” on the next screen.

Spread Kindness in 2020

Let’s all do our part to spread some kindness throughout the world in 2020. Sometimes the smallest thing can make the biggest impact. Whether it’s writing a note to the one you love, or supporting your musician friend; these kind acts can make this world a happier place. I will be doing my part and engaging in at least one of these small acts a day. But it would be so awesome if some of the loyal readers of this blog could join in on the fun as well. Whether you choose to participate, follow my journey of kindness, or ignore this completely: I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for visiting and taking in the content on this blog. More kindness in 2020.
