Two-time Emmy® award-winning composer and music supervisor, Michael Whalen, is a veteran of 850 TV and film scores, thousands of commercials and numerous TV themes, video games and corporate identity pieces.
Literally billions of people have heard Michael’s television/theme work for: HBO, Netflix, Oprah Winfrey/Harpo, ABC/News “Good Morning America”, Comast, BBC, NHK, “Inside Edition”, PBS, National Geographic, Discovery, A&E, NBC, CBS and many others. Advertisements for: Apple, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Reebok, Advil, Ford and thousands of others.
Michael is also an internationally renown recording artist and producer who has 38 solo and soundtrack recordings to his credit. Michael loves teaching and he has been adjunct professor at the Berklee College of Music, The City College of New York and NYU. Michael performs in NYC-metro area when time allows.
