The development team at Spotify recently launched a free audio to MIDI converter entitled Basic Pitch. This is an excellent free way for any beatmaker to turn any melody or other audio source into MIDI file.
This free Audio to MIDI converter even has pitch bend detection. MIDI converters have been around for awhile, so this technology isn’t anything new. But some only work with specific instruments or monophonic instruments (like voice).
